💰 Deposits

To secure your date and time, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods: Interac E-Transfer, Cash, Debit, Credit, or Apple Pay.

🕒 24-Hour Grace Period

Once you schedule, you’ll have 24 hours to send your deposit.
If payment isn’t received within that time, your appointment may be released or cancelled.

Your booking isn’t confirmed until the deposit is received.
Deposits ensure your spot is locked in and that I can fully prepare for your session.

Submitting your deposit means you agree to all of Hemoi Media's booking policies.

🤝 Collaborations & Creative Projects

For shoots with no monetary exchange, Hemoi Media retains full rights to all images and may use them as I deem fit.

🔄 Rescheduling

Life happens — I get it! You can reschedule your session once without losing your deposit, as long as you notify me at least 48 hours in advance.
New dates must be confirmed within two weeks of your original session date.

🚫 Cancellations

All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel entirely, your deposit can’t be transferred to another person or session.

⏰ Late Arrivals

Please plan to arrive on time. Sessions that start late due to client delays may lose shooting time and end at the originally scheduled time.

🌧️ Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

If weather or unexpected conditions make shooting impossible, we’ll reschedule at no extra cost. I’ll always do my best to find a new time that works for both of us.

The full payment must be made before the photoshoot date or immediately after the photoshoot concludes.

👕 Come Prepared

Wear something that makes you feel confident and comfortable. Bring an extra outfit or two if you’d like some variety — especially for portrait or couple sessions.

Bring along small items like a brush, powder, oil wipes, or lip balm to keep you looking fresh throughout the shoot.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can get set up and start shooting on time. This helps you relax and make the most of your booked session.

🖼️ Editing & Retouching

After your session, I carefully hand-edit every selected image for lighting, color, and detail to make sure they look their absolute best — while keeping things natural and true to you.

⏳ Turnaround Time

Your final, edited photos will be delivered within 5–14 business days (depending on session type and volume). I’ll keep you updated on turnarounds.

💻 Photo Delivery

You’ll receive your images through a private online gallery where you can easily download, share, or order prints.

🗂️ Image Selection

Depending on your package, I’ll either send a proof gallery for you to choose your favorite shots, or I’ll curate a final collection of the best images from our session.
